On September 12, Drag Daddy Productions is taking part in Give for Good Louisville with our first-ever 24-hour Drag Daddy Telethon—and it’s going to be a day packed with excitement, memories, and plenty of surprises! As an LGBTQIA+ non-profit performing arts company, we aim to raise $30,000 to fund our next season of theater, and we need your help to make it happen.

DRAG DADDY HISTORY
Drag Daddy Productions isn’t just a theater company—we are a beacon of hope as well as a voice for the LGBTQIA+ community in a region where that voice is often silenced. By showcasing queer talent and stories in our Commonwealth, your support helps us challenge the status quo and create safe spaces where everyone is seen, heard, and celebrated.
Last year, we were moved by the outpouring of support from across state lines, especially from allies in states like Illinois, Indiana, New York, Nevada, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Minnesota, Maryland and California, who recognized the importance of uplifting queer voices in places where it matters most. As an LGBTQIA+ non profit performing arts company, we were able to raise nearly $10 thousand of the almost $10 million raised by more than 20,000 donors who participated in Give for Good Louisville.
This was no small feat for us! As we continue to grow and produce newly created, larger-in-scale and more well-known productions, we understand the importance of this fundraiser and the impact it can have on our next theater season. Since its inception, Give for Good Louisville has grown to be more than just an online giving day. It is a powerful and meaningful moment every year when people from across state and county lines come together to support one another with their time, energy, and donations.
Each of our productions is a labor of love, crafted to inspire and uplift. Your support doesn’t just sustain our art—it breathes life into our stories, our performers, and our community.
